To determine which email service best suits your needs, the following is a description of the services. It is possible to mix email accounts types per site as required.
Email forwarding:
Each email address associated with a web site is forwarded to an existing clients email service. Clients often have existing ISP email accounts and it is easier for them to simply have all emails forwarded from the web site to one or more of these ISP addresses.

Pros:- Easy managed for two to three addresses
- Existing method of downloading emails is used.
Cons:
- Does not support company branding well.
- Web mail access is dependent upon clients ISP services.
Pop Accounts:
Each email address are provided with their own pop access details, allowing clients email software to download emails directly from our servers onto their local PCs.
Pros:
- Supports company branding as emails have This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it type email address.
- Email addresses can be downloaded at different PCs if required.
- Web mail support is provided, giving email access to emails on the server while clients are not at their normal PC location. Allowing emails to be addressed away from the office.
- Spam filtering provided via web hosting.
Cons:
- More complex requires management of email addresses via 4success Ltd.
